UK Customers

If you return the goods within 14 days of delivery and provided that the terms of our returns policy have been met we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item along with the standard delivery cost. Additional costs for Express or Named Day Delivery are non-refundable.

You are responsible for the safe return of products to us, including the cost of doing so. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage.

We will refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the items by us.

Non UK Customers

If you return the goods within 14 days of delivery and provided that the terms of our returns policy have been met, we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item. Delivery costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the items by us.

International orders returned because of non-payment of duties or where the parcel has been refused will be charged a return fee of £42 which will be deducted from your refund.

Sale Items

The above returns policy applies to sale items as well as full price stock.

EXCHANGES

If you wish to exchange an item for another item or size then please place a new order and return the one you don't wish to keep. This is the quickest way to ensure you get what you want. We will refund your return once it has been received.
