With it's subtle yellow and green print this handkerchief hem dress 201317 from Frank Lyman would look great with a pair of heels or just flipflops.
The high neckline with black shoulder straps leads down to a ruched bodice and matching black waistband from where the skirt effortlessly falls to it's midi length. Around the back the black straps tie halterneck style with the chiffon attached giving a high back also. A short gap between the tie gives way to a concealed back zip.
