In the UK? Return your parcel for just £3 with CollectPlus

We want you to be happy every time you shop with us online but we know that now and then you may want to return something.

It's easy to let us know you want to send a item back, just go to our returns page and follow the quick and easy steps to get the ball rolling. We'll stay in touch with you at every stage.

Quite simply you can cancel your order up to 14 days after it's been delivered to you and if you are in the UK you can use our returns label via CollectPlus for just £3. Alternatively, if you don't which to use this or are an in a different country you can send it back using your own method.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

Our returns policy applies to all of our mail order products except made to order items, jewellery, face masks and also underwear.

Once dispatched to you, we accept the return of items only if they are unworn and are in their original and resalable condition i.e. clean, intact, with hangers and all tags still attached by their original means, and in the original packaging in which it was sent. Garments that have deodorant stains or odours will not be accepted for return.

Your right to cancel an order starts when you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If your order consists of multiple goods, the 14 days runs from when you get the last item of the order.

If you wish to cancel your order you must return the items back to us within 14 days of the cancellation. We regret that items received after this time or without a valid returns number will be refused and sent back to you.

You are responsible for the safe return of products to us, including the cost of doing so. 

  • CollectPlus
    You can use our CollectPlus Returns Service for just £3 from within the UK. A label will be emailed to you when your return request is authorised. If you use this label then £3 will be deducted from your refund.

  • Other Couriers
    If you don't wish to use CollectPlus or are an international customer you have the option of returning your parcel through your local postal service or your own courier at your own cost. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage.
PLEASE NOTE

The above policy applies to mail order purchases only and not to styles already tried on in-store, or purchases made in person at our boutique in Bournemouth.


This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
