How do I return an online order?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return items from your online order within 14 days of delivery to you.

• They must be in original condition
• For clothing, unwashed and unworn
• In the original packaging
• No deodorant stains or odours

Special orders and items made to order are non-returnable.

This policy does not apply to purchases made in-store.

Are there any charges for return?

• UK Orders: You can use our CollectPlus Returns Service for just £5. A label will be emailed to you when your return request is authorised. If you use this label then £5 will be deducted from your refund.
  
  
• If you don't wish to use our returns service or have an international order you should return your parcel through the post office or your own courier at your own cost. It is recommended that you insure your return parcel in case of loss or damage.

What is refunded?

• UK Orders
  If you return items from your online order within the specified timescales and provided that the terms of our policy have been met, we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item. If the whole order is returned we will also refund the standard delivery cost. Additional costs for Express or Named Day Delivery are non-refundable. We will refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the items by us.
  
  
• International Orders
  If you return items from your online order within the specified timescales and provided that the terms of our policy have been met, we will issue a full refund for the price that you paid for the item. Delivery and import costs will not be refunded. We will refund you using your original payment method within 14 days of receipt of the items by us.
